The JMS FuelMAX V2 Dual Output Fuel Pump Voltage Booster is a performance fuel-system upgrade designed for compatible supercharged Gen 3 HEMI vehicles, including the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, Charger SRT Hellcat, Challenger SRT Demon, Demon 170, Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, and Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat. Fuel demand increases quickly when additional power is added to a 6.2L Supercharged HEMI. Smaller supercharger pulleys, increased boost, ethanol fuels, upgraded superchargers, larger injectors, camshafts, and other airflow modifications can push the factory fuel system beyond its original operating range. When pump capacity becomes the restriction, larger injectors alone cannot provide the additional fuel volume the engine requires.

The FuelMAX V2 addresses this limitation by increasing voltage supplied to the electric fuel pumps. Rather than running maximum voltage continuously, the system can provide increased pump output when additional fuel is actually required. FuelMAX is compatible with both 12-volt and 16-volt battery systems, and JMS designed the unit to work with factory in-tank pumps as well as compatible aftermarket electric fuel pumps.

Another major benefit is adjustability. FuelMAX includes an adjustable Hobbs pressure switch that is preset at 5 psi and can be adjusted from approximately 3 to 7 psi. This allows increased pump voltage to activate as the engine enters boost. Adjustable voltage ramp-in and ramp-out can also help reduce sudden fuel-pressure spikes as pump output increases or decreases.

A green status LED provides quick confirmation of system operation, blinking when the unit is actively boosting voltage. The kit also includes the wiring harness and installation hardware necessary for integration into the vehicle’s fuel pump power circuit.

Application-specific fitment makes this FuelMAX especially relevant to modern high-performance Mopars.
