The JMS FuelMAX V2 Single Output Fuel Pump Voltage Booster is a plug-and-play fueling upgrade designed for 2015-2021 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat 6.2L HEMI applications using a single fuel pump and single fuel pump driver module. FuelMAX increases and regulates voltage supplied to the electric fuel pump from 14.4 volts up to a maximum of 22 volts, allowing the factory pump to provide substantially more fuel as engine demand increases. JMS states that its FuelMAX technology can increase electric fuel pump output by as much as 85 percent, with this single-pump system capable of supporting up to approximately 1,000 horsepower with the stock fuel pump when the complete fuel system is properly configured. Adjustable voltage ramp-in and ramp-out provide smoother control as additional pump output is introduced, helping reduce abrupt fuel-pressure spikes associated with basic on/off voltage boosters. With a plug-and-play harness and accelerator pedal activation, FuelMAX provides Hellcat owners with a practical way to increase available fuel delivery without immediately replacing the factory pump.

Fuel demand can increase quickly on a modified 6.2L Supercharged Gen 3 HEMI. Smaller supercharger pulleys, increased boost, upgraded injectors, camshafts, E85, ported superchargers, and other performance modifications can require considerably more fuel than a stock combination. When fuel pump capacity becomes the restriction, increasing injector size alone cannot provide the additional fuel volume needed from the tank.

The FuelMAX V2 addresses this limitation by increasing the voltage available to the factory electric pump. JMS rates the system for up to an 85 percent increase in fuel pump output and up to approximately 1,000 horsepower on a single stock pump. Actual fuel-system capacity will depend on fuel type, base pressure, injector size, pump condition, calibration, and the complete engine combination.

Unlike a simple fixed-voltage booster, FuelMAX provides user-adjustable voltage rates and adjustable ramp-in/ramp-out control. This allows the additional voltage to be introduced progressively rather than instantly, helping create a smoother transition when increased pump capacity is required. A green status LED provides a quick visual indication of operation and blinks while the unit is actively boosting pump voltage.

Installation is another major advantage for Hellcat owners. The application-specific version connects to the existing fuel pump 12V DC driver/control module and includes a plug-and-play wiring harness and accelerator pedal activation harness. It is compatible with both 12-volt and 16-volt battery systems, making it suitable for a range of street and competition configurations.

For pulley-and-tune Hellcats, E85 combinations, cammed vehicles, and other high-horsepower builds, additional fuel-system capacity is an essential supporting modification. FuelMAX allows owners to extract more capability from the existing single-pump arrangement before stepping into a more extensive aftermarket fuel system.
