The GForce MOP10107A Outlaw Axles are a severe-duty drivetrain upgrade engineered for 2015+ Dodge Charger and Challenger Scat Pack, SRT, Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, and 1320 applications that place serious demands on the factory half-shafts. Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM axles, the Outlaw series combines 31-spline severe-duty CVs, one-piece inner and outer stubs, aircraft-grade certified alloys, and CNC-machined components to create a stronger foundation for high-horsepower Gen 3 HEMI builds. The latest Outlaw design uses upgraded premium 108mm CVs with billet-machined internals and an isotropic surface finish intended to promote smoother CV operation, reduce heat and premature wear, and improve grease migration. GForce also incorporates premium CV fasteners, powder-coated axle bars, and corrosion-resistant finishes on the inner and outer stubs to improve durability in demanding street and racing environments. For Gen 3 HEMI owners making enough power to expose the limitations of the factory driveline, these Outlaw Axles provide a purpose-built upgrade without requiring fabrication for installation.

The Outlaw series is built for vehicles making substantial power or experiencing severe driveline loads. GForce does not assign a universal horsepower rating to its driveline components because vehicle weight, torque delivery, suspension setup, tire choice, launch strategy, and other factors can dramatically change axle loads. However, GForce reports that many customers on the combined 2015+ Mopar platforms are around 800 to 900 horsepower, with some applications reaching approximately 1,500 horsepower in near-full-weight vehicles.

At the center of the Outlaw design are 31-spline severe-duty CVs. The upgraded 108mm CV design uses premium alloys in its billet-machined internals along with isotropic surface finishing, creating a polished surface that helps reduce friction and heat. The axle assemblies also feature one-piece inner and outer stubs, CNC-machined construction, aircraft-grade certified alloys, and GForce’s Anti-Wheel Hop Technology.

For 2015+ Mopar applications, fitment is designed around the factory 32-spline SRT, Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, and 1320 differential along with 35-spline wheel hubs. The factory ABS rings must be transferred onto the GForce axles during installation.

Suspension configuration is especially important. GForce states that these axles are designed around OEM suspension geometry and are not intended for lowered vehicles. Lowering these platforms can worsen the factory axle angle and increase CV and boot wear, binding, or clearance problems. Aftermarket shocks and coilovers may also create clearance issues, so inspect the entire rear suspension configuration before installation.

For modified Scat Packs, SRTs, Hellcats, Demons, Redeyes, and 1320s that see hard launches, sticky tires, drag racing, or substantially increased Gen 3 HEMI output, the GForce Outlaw Axles provide a serious upgrade for transferring that power through the factory-style IRS drivetrain.
