Got a Gen III HEMI that needs a little extra… everything? Say hello to the AFR Black Hawk 224cc Passenger Side Cylinder Head, the performance upgrade that laughs in the face of stock.
Made from A356 aluminum using permanent-mold wizardry, this head isn’t just a pretty face—though it is fully 100% CNC ported on the intake, exhaust, and combustion chamber. That means smoother flow, more power, and way fewer excuses for your slow ET slips.
With a thicc™ .750” deck, these heads are built to handle all the boost you can throw at them—whether you’re running stock internals or doing something that makes your engine builder nervous. We even tweaked the water jacketing for better cooling, because melting pistons is so last season.
They’re designed to work with hydraulic roller cams up to .650” lift and are packed with serious internals: titanium retainers, PAC dual springs, bead lock valves, and more hardened parts than a Mad Max prop car.
And yes, this listing is for the passenger side only—because symmetry is great, but we’re not here to judge your one-head-at-a-time shopping strategy. Want to bolt up a Hellcat blower? We’ve got machining options for that, too.
Bottom line: this head is built for high-RPM mischief, serious power, and bragging rights at the next cars and coffee. Just don’t blame us when your friends start asking for rides.
